In 2023, we took the time to carefully assess approximately 250 startup pitches and conducted deep due diligence on 50 startups before ultimately presenting 10 of the most promising opportunities to our investors. This process required over 2,000 hours of work, even before any investments were made.
At SAN Angels, we understand the importance of thorough evaluation and rigorous screening of startups. That’s why we are committed to expanding our team and increasing the number of startups we review on a daily basis.
But we also believe in making our services as affordable as possible for our investors. While it is common practice in the angel investment community to charge 2% facilitation fees, 1% due diligence fees, and 20% carry fees, we feel that these charges can ultimately erode the value of an investment and become a burden for investors. That’s why we have chosen to offer flat fees for our services, with no carry fees.
Our Transaction Fee Structure
- For regular members, INR 15,000 or USD 200/- per transaction.
- For SAN Plus members, INR 25,000 or USD 325/- for any number of transactions in a year.
This token fee will help us serve you better and facilitate your investment with a bigger team.
