Atmax is No code data-driven cloud technology which simplifies Sales Performance Management process in Mid-large organizations.

Atmax takes a new and unique approach to sales performance management irrespective of what CRM any enterprise is using. At a fundamental level, it focuses on 3 major questions about sales executives’ behavior:

  • What demotivates them?
  • Why do they leave?
  • What do they need?


Our Product helps CEO/CSOs’ to execute sales strategy effectively by driving right salesperson behaviour.

Our proprietary Sales Performance Management Technology solves the above questions by automating the end-to-end incentive & performance management process for sales and provides support to salespeople through real-time data insights.

Founders
  • Both Founders together have around 30 years of experience and 25+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS.
  • Both founders have their respective area of expertise complimenting each other with an average age of 40. Both founders have known each other from last 10+ years.
  • CEO has a rich experience background of working with both corporate and start-up like Infosys and Peoplestrong. He has India as well as Southeast Asia experience. He has Sales and Marketing, P&L management and Growth focussed experience. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he has done his Engineering with Honors and is NTSE Scholar.
  • CTO also has experience of working with Corporate and startup like Sopra Steria and Peoplestrong. He has software development experience as well as Product management experience. An alumnus of SOIL, Gurgaon, he is an Engineer.
  • Currently we have a very balanced team of 20 full-time employees and 5 retainers. Tech is in-house.
Revenue Model
  • B2B model: The company charges two types of fees from the clients:
  • One time implementation fees.
  • Recurring subscription fees per user for using the software. This increases automatically with increase in user count.
  • We sign multiyear contract ranging from 3 years to 10 years.
