Discount of 20% on the valuation of the upcoming Series-A round, with a valuation cap at $12 Mn (Rs 100 Crore)
If the company fails to meet the above condition, then the valuation is converted at a valuation floor of $6Mn (Rs 50 Crore)
Min Amt: INR 10 Lacs or USD equivalent.
