Cut to 2020s the same couple is a Senior Citizen and no lift /no parking makes it extremely difficult to survive in such old buildings.   • Opportunity to invest in a niche & revolutionary Proptech startup which takes technology into the hands of the Senior / Middle-aged Citizens staying in old buildings and are pained by the absence of lifts, absence of parking, increasing maintenance cost, non-availability of modern amenities but are also fearful of embarking on the legal process of Redevelopment. Founders
  • The leadership team consists of three CA’s Founder and Co-Founder (1st Attempt), another CA and one Architect.
  • The other two CA’s – one is a Co-founder and another heads Execution/ Product Development.
  • The founder has a rich experience background of working with Stock Exchanges, Power Exchanges, NBFCs and start-ups. An alumnus of ISB. This venture was born out of his self-experience of going through Redevelopment of his own building.
